Dominique Andreux

He is an industrial with 25 years international leading experiences in various industries and diverse cultures, as site director (Mars Inc. France-Russia), operations manager (Esselte France), quality manager (Valeo Europe), before managing a Business Unit (Valeo France – Pologne) and becoming managing director (Davey Bickford pyrotechnie mining industry).
Passionate of Quick Response, he founded Quick Response Enterprise to help Executives and Teams to take advantage of time and grow business. His approach is to engage people in an agile and collaborative way and to deploy advanced methodologies both to reduce lead time through the entire value chain (Quick Response Manufacturing) and to become more robust through efficient problem solving and learning (Quick Response Quality)
In May 2014, he publishes together with his partner Rajan Suri, Founder of QRM, a book named “Faites du Temps votre allié !”, French adaptation of famous “It’s About Time” from Rajan (2010).

He started his career in 1980 in the Mars group as a maintenance technician. After a 3 years experience in the IT department, he joined the Supply Chain department where he held various operational positions. In 1990, he became project manager in charge of Supply Information Systems and Inventory Optimization with large retailers in France.
He joined the BIC Group in 1999 as Logistics Manager Europe he manages the outsourcing of logistics operations in different countries (France, United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal), negotiates supplier contracts and designs a marketing activities management process as part of an ERP Europe. In 2000, he joined Kraft Foods France as Logistics Director, focusing on the implementation of forecasting processes.
He founded MS Logistics Consulting in 2005 to support its customers (Small and Great companies) in the design and implementation of logistics pooling processes between manufacturers and distributors.
He taught in parallel, the management of logistics and customer service at ESCEM Business School in Tours and at the University (IUT Evry), and joined in January 2006, as a partner, a firm specializing in valuation of intangible capital (Goodwill Management) where he develops the model on supply chain functions.
After 6 years of consulting he joined the Hediard group to take charge of Supply Chain / Purchase / IT as part of an ambitious corporate project.
He then took the direction of Supply Chain Eugene Perma, a hair care products company, it is in this context that he discovered the QRM through a project to optimize delivery lead-times to customers.
He wants to devote himself now to support companies with this methodology that simplifies, streamline processes and develop agile organizations.
Rodolphe Barbaray

SUPMECA engineer (graduated in 2007) with a rich industrial experience focused on Transformation and Operations Management within different sectors of activity. His career began in the automotive industry at Toyota, the birthplace of Lean Manufacturing.
His functions as Process Engineer and New Vehicle Project Manager – carried out both in France and Japan – allowed him to immerse himself in the philosophy and tools of the Toyota Production System, but also in the various pillars of the Toyota Way such as Continuous Improvement or Genchi Genbutsu.
After successfully completing several large–scale industrial projects at Toyota, Rodolphe joined the EXXELIA group, specialized in the design and manufacture of passive electronic components for various sectors (aeronautics, space, rail, defense, etc.). He then evolved in a High Mix Low Volume environment, driven by both cutting–edge technologies and a Research & Development approach focused on custom design. He developed industrial performance by successively taking responsibility for a Business Unit, the Methods and Industrialization department, as well as the Supply Chain department.
Rodolphe then decided to return to the automotive industry by taking over the Operations Department of the only French manufacturer of aluminum rims (AR Industries – TM France group). In this highly competitive environment, he leads productivity projects by deploying Lean methods and then leads Transformation within the technical services by also taking over the management of the Design Office and the Innovation Pole. In search of new challenges, Rodolphe then joined the world of luxury fashion by integrating the DESRUES manufacture, an exceptional parurier integrated into the ecosystem of the house CHANEL. At the heart of this artisanal environment – whose activity is punctuated by the creation of 6 collections per year – he manages the site‘s Manufacturing Workshops, then the Business Unit dedicated to the Development and Manufacture of Costume Jewelry for CHANEL.
In parallel with his operational activities, Rodolphe successively manages two transformation projects necessary to support the strong growth of activity: the reorganization of the company into Business Units and the deployment of Quick Response Manufacturing from Creation to Delivery on each of the product lines.
Wishing to share more widely his varied industrial experience and his passion for supporting teams throughout the Transformation, he decided in 2023 to join the Quick Response Enterprise team as Chief Operating Officer.
Patrick Amoros

He has acquired a multisector industrial experience of 18 years, working for French and American groups such as DASSAULT, VALEO, ARVIN MERITOR and GRAHAM. During his career, he held positions of manager in production, industrialization and plant manager. Each experience was the time for him to cultivate his taste for challenge, continuous progress, growing his teams, and developing their skills and autonomy.
In March 2002, he joined ACCETIS International, a management recruitment firm, as head of the Lyonnais office. In 2011 he joined SEGULA Technologies, which entrusted him with the management of the consulting BU of the Group, in great difficulty, and focused on improving industrial performance.
Since June 2014, he began an entrepreneurial adventure and created his council firm LEANSEARCH. He leads recruitment missions by direct approach and accompanies companies in their human and organizational strategies to improve their performance. In addition, he becomes a partner of QUICK RESPONSE ENTERPRISE to help small and medium-sized companies become more agile, focusing on their lead times. His convictions are to value men, their creativity, team spirit, well-being at work and a sense of results.
Alain Canals

Alain is self-taught, passionate about industry and started his career in 1983 in Silvatrim in Monaco, as a designer and then product / process project manager, where he developed lot of projects for automotive industry. .
In 1999 he joined the ARIES group in Poissy as a project manager on several differents projects combining metal, plastics and the decoration of high added value products. He took in 2004 the direction of the technical center.
In 2005, Alain joined the BOURBON group in the Jura as development manager, with under his responsibility a team of project managers, the design office, and the quality development team.
Its job was to ensure the good development of projects for mainly automotive customers, from design to production of products and processes.
In 2010, Alain joined the PROMENS group in Villefranche sur Saône as “Key account manager”, and soon is took responsibility for sales and development department for two plants.
In 2012, the Villefranche sur Saône plant suffered a fire, which destroyed a large part the plant and mainly the worshop of the plant and completely stopped the production.
A race against time ensues, so as not to disrupt customers. About 300 injection molds were moved in other plants in about 3 months.
-The return of experience from this situation was. With an efficient organization and a strong united team everything is possible.
Alain then joined the Faiveley group as general manager of the Saint Claude site, and joined the industrial department of this same group. The objective is to standardize the operating and organizational methods on the various France and Export sites.
In charge also of the purchasing and continuous amelioration.
In 2018, Alain moves to the head of R&D for this same group, with the mission to create a transversal development processus, and organizing innovation, whether it be managerial, methodical or product and process.
Alain, lays the foundations for an internal school and a for of transversal self-audit.
Alain therefore perfectly knows the QCD and is a follower of the BSP, and has strong human values. “We cannot move forward, unless it is together, in the same direction with a common goal”
After long reflexions and many discussions, Alain decides to create his own structure NACCA-TECH in 2021, to support companies on the path of growth, organization, improvement, development, innovation and additive manufacturing.
This is why he decided to train in QRM and join QRE, because it corresponds perfectly to his values and vision of the company, in order to give them a vision about what it’s a flow and how to optimize it with their teams

Frédéric has 24 years of experience and has gone through such companies as : Mitsubishi, KPMG Peat Marwick, PwC, ALCOM Consulting, Louis Vuitton. Since late 2011, he is an entrepreneur.

In 1989, he joins a management consulting firm (Algoe). He develops specific Project Management skills, particularly on the time dimension with the organization of the Football World Cup in 1998.
During 7 years at Capgemini, he works among big teams about Information Systems change. He advises several large groups in Industry (Mitsubishi, Rio Tinto, Arcelor Mittal) and Services (HP, Sanofi Pasteur, Casino, Elis).
In 2005, he decides to set up his own consulting firm, DG Pro Management, specialized in Organization and Project Management. He develops a methodology for Mastering Time Commitments in Projects, coaching project leaders to launch new products, internationally, in particular in Asia (SCL in India) and in Europe (Eberspächer in Germany). He also advises SMEs in their development in France (Dailymotion) and abroad (Europa Stampi in Italy, WTI in India).
At the same time, he teaches Master’s courses at the University, on innovation and complex project management.
In 2014, it develops its offer strategy by complementing its expertise in Time Management within the international network QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) Institute. It will make the variability a competitive advantage, with “high-mix, low-volume” products, inside an environment highly uncertain and complex.

Italia GOMES is engineer graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (Grenoble INP), has acquired a multi-sectoral industrial experience, working in the automotive sector and then in the field of shipbuilding and offshore wind.
She began her career in 1997 in product development as a test manager at HUTCHINSON, then in 2000 as a product engineer in the development of a ventilation motor at SIEMENS VDO.
Resolutely oriented customer and project, it joined the American equipment manufacturer DELPHI in 2002. She is responsible for the operational quality of business, then the quality/cost/time management of customer projects from design to production, as well as the coordination of a project to set up a production line in Korea, in an international context (Europe, Turkey, Asia).
After the mass production industry, Italia decided to join the CHANTIERS NAVALS de l’ATLANTIQUE. She continues to develop her expertise in operational quality management, process approach, continuous improvement, customer relations and operation in project mode on complex cruise ship design and manufacturing matters. Then joining the Marine Energies Business Unit as Quality Manager, she is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting teams in process and organizational changes as part of the start-up of the offshore wind activity.
Results and excellence orientation but above all human values and collaboration remain at the heart of its commitment, both in its customer relationship and in the functional or hierarchical support of the teams.
Italia chose to devote itself to supporting companies based on its areas of expertise and multisectoral experience and discovered Quick Response Manufacturing. Convinced by the effectiveness of this transformation approach and by the human and collaborative values that underpin it, she decided to join the QRE team in order to support companies in an agile and human transformation.

Philippe KLEIN vient de créer sa société de conseils dont le but est d’accompagner les PME à construire leur « Entreprise du futur ». Cet accompagnement vise à préparer les entreprises à accueillir les nouvelles technologies, il peut aller jusqu’à la conception et la réalisation de processus innovants. Le but est de créer un terrain fertile à une digitalisation adaptée et réussie de l’entreprise. La transformation numérique est considérée comme un moyen et non comme une fin en soi dans le cadre du développement de l’entreprise.
